1. Purpose

These general terms and conditions of use (hereinafter, the “Terms”) apply without restriction or reservation to all services offered by Universal Gaming (Premiiiumkey) on the website https://www.premiiiumkey.com (the “Site”).

The Site allows users (“Clients”) to purchase premium subscription access to various digital services and platforms, provided by our official partners (“Partners”).

The purpose of these Terms is to define the conditions for using the Site and Services, and to establish the rights and obligations of the parties.

These Terms may be accessed and printed at any time via a link at the bottom of every page of the Site. They take precedence over any other conditions not expressly accepted by Universal Gaming.

Universal Gaming may supplement these Terms with specific conditions for certain Services. In case of conflict, such specific terms shall prevail.

4. Acceptance of Terms

By registering on the Site, Clients confirm full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Any conditional acceptance is void. Those who do not accept the Terms must not use the Site or Services.

5. Registration

To access the Services, Clients must complete the registration form and provide all required information. Each person may only have one user account.

Clients warrant that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date, and agree to update their profile as necessary. Registration results in the creation of a personal account, accessible with login credentials. Clients are solely responsible for keeping their credentials secure and for all activities under their account.

6. Services

Premiiiumkey enables Clients to purchase official access to premium subscription services, provided by its Partners. The Site provides a secure purchasing process and digital delivery of access codes or credentials.

Universal Gaming acts solely as an official reseller and is not responsible for the quality or availability of services delivered by its Partners. Clients must comply with the Partners’ own terms and policies.

7. Financial Conditions

All prices are in Euros and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at purchase via secure online payment methods. Receipts are available in the Client’s account.

Universal Gaming may revise prices at any time. Price changes apply to future orders only.

8. No Right of Withdrawal

By purchasing digital goods (access codes/subscriptions) and accepting immediate delivery, Clients waive their statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

9. User Obligations

Clients must comply with applicable laws and these Terms, and refrain from any activity that could harm Universal Gaming, its Partners, or other Clients. Clients may not transfer their account or purchases to any third party.

10. Prohibited Behaviors

It is strictly forbidden to use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes, or to disrupt the proper functioning of the Services.

11. Intellectual Property

All content and technology used on the Site are the exclusive property of Universal Gaming or its licensors. Any unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

Universal Gaming provides the Site and Services on an “as is” basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Universal Gaming cannot be held liable for issues related to Partner services or third-party websites.

13. Modification of the Terms

Universal Gaming reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The updated version will be published on the Site and apply to all subsequent use of the Services.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law.
